25 % lighter slabs with New Nautilus

New Nautilus is formwork for voided slabs that reduces the slab weight up to 25 %. Lower concrete consumption decreases the total mass of the building structure and allows thinner walls and fewer columns. This way the whole building is more flexible, and can easily be adapted and reused.

Because of less concrete needed, our lightweight slabs reduce construction costs for material, machinery, and waste. Also, less concrete reduces CO2 emissions and improves the lean construction of the project.
