Our CSO Global Luca Zausa interviewed Israel David, owner & CEO of David Engineers, one of the leading Israeli engineering companies.
David Engineers is a design and structural engineering company based in Givat Shmuel, Israel. It was founded in 1990 and by today was engaged on more than 3,000 projects in 20 countries, including residential neighborhoods, hotels, commercial, public and office buildings.
Israel David and Luca Zausa discuss trends in the building market after the Corona outbreak, taking an example of a 55 story high Azrieli Sarona Tower in Tel Aviv. David addresses the demand for better quality of buildings which includes sustainability goals. David also mentions the importance of using less material, man power, and transportation, as well as use of rainwater management in the context of limited natural resources.
