Open innovation means that we want to hear your feedback, suggestions, ideas on how to make our products better, easier to use, safer, more efficient, more sustainable. Our products can never be complete without the feedback of construction workers, construction managers, civil engineers, investors, architects, sustainability experts, and anyone else who has a good idea.

And we will pay for it. Cash rewards (maximum listed below or lower) will be given to all suggestions which are relevant – and not to only the best.

The maximum reward is the highest amount to be paid for the innovation. Also, smaller amounts can be paid in case innovations are interesting but not sufficient. So please send all your ideas and you still might get a lower cash reward for your work.
