The Sheraton Grand Samsun Hotel in Samsun, Turkey, chose Modulo

Modulo, our permanent crawl space formwork, was chosen for the filling of the slabs and foundations of Sheraton Grand Samsun Hotel, in Samsun, Turkey. This luxury hotel with a magnificent view of the Black Sea is provided with 221 guest rooms and 22 suites. Our product was the best solution for guaranteeing a lightweight result and an improvement of the performance of the structure.

In comparison with traditional filling materials, such as sand or gravel, Modulo is the lightest since the extra load of the filling is only the concrete that comes on top of the system.

When used on the roof of a building, it lightens the entire structure, favouring also ventilation.
