The foundation levels of Torre de Cristal varied in height, making the pouring of the foundation slab challenging. Multimodulo was designed to compensate for heights ranging from 13 to 40 cm, streamlining the construction process and enhancing the project’s cost-efficiency.

The canopy over the Velodrome Stadium was built as part of a reconstruction project that added 7,000 seats to the existing structure, making it the largest football stadium in France. Geotub was used for the manual reinforcement of foundation piles and columns, minimizing the need for cranes and mechanical equipment.

The unique CityLife Residences needed a solution for protecting basement walls. Defender replaced the conventional 20 cm of gravel and dimpled membrane setup with a 7 cm layer of recycled plastic, making the project more sustainable and cost-effective.

The City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia is a renowned landmark featuring five distinct structures on the former riverbed of the diverted Turia River. Modulo was used to build ventilated foundations and enable the seamless integration of MEP systems.

The H-Farm Campus spans 25,000 m² and includes administrative, educational, and residential sectors. New Elevetor was used in the construction of the foundation slab, reducing material use, transportation, and storage, and aligning with the project’s emphasis on sustainability.
