New Elevetor consists of only 3 modular elements, which makes it extremely simple to install, even in the most demanding projects.
In Padua, New Elevetor allowed a fast and easy construction of a 3.000 m2 refrigeration storage, while simultaneously fulfilling multiple complex requirements:
- Raising the concrete slab from the ground to prevent frost-heaving,
- Providing natural ventilation to save the cost of underfloor heating,
- Creating crawl spaces for the passage of the MEP systems.
The installation was carried out by following these 5 simple steps:

3 PLACE THE TUBES
The tubes were cut to size according to project requirements and fitted into base pedestals.

4 INSTALL FORMWORK
The top formwork was placed on the tubes and then interlocked to provide safe walkability.

5 POUR THE CONCRETE
The rebar mesh was placed on top of the formwork, upon which the concrete was poured and vibrated.
