New Elevetor Tank consists of only 3 components, ensuring quick assembly and lower labor costs:

  • Base grid – creates a matrix for system alignment,
  • Vertical tubes – up to 3 m in height, cut to size for customizable tank height,
  • Top formwork – provides a support surface for reinforcement placement and concrete pouring.

 

5 simple installation steps
 

1. Prepare the slab and walls

Level the ground, construct a stable foundation, and build perimeter walls to support the tank structure.
2. Place the base grid

Position the base grid over the prepared concrete surface, align the modules, and lock them together.
3. Position the tubes

Cut the vertical tubes to the required height, insert them into the base grid, and ensure proper alignment.
4. Install the top formwork

Secure the top formwork onto the tubes, create a stable structure, and place reinforcement as specified.

Pour the concrete evenly, let it set, and apply the finishing layers according to project requirements.
