We are excited to introduce the Geoplast Portal – an online platform designed to improve our work together. Here is everything you need to know about this new tool:
Why did we make the Geoplast Portal?
Maintaining a high level of attention towards initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction is a necessary strategy to retain a competitive advantage and foster a strong relationship with them. The implementation of the Portal was born precisely from this need. We have decided to implement it starting from the orders, creating a simple, fast interface that allows our partners to improve efficiency and minimize the possibility of errors. Furthermore, this will allow them to be less engaged in routine operations, creating more opportunities for creative and strategic aspects of our collaboration.
Current features and the road map
At Geoplast Portal, you can easily find the products you need, select the quantities, add delivery details, and place an order. You will immediately receive an automatic email reply confirming the order placement. Following your order, you will receive an email from our sales staff with a custom pricing estimate.
In the future, we will continue adding new features, including calculators that will be automatically connected to the order form.
Geoplast Portal is for client companies
Geoplast Portal is available for both long-standing and new Geoplast clients. Client companies can register, after which we will add their individual employees. The Portal is for companies only and does not allow registrations for individuals without a company.
