Installation instructions
VENTILATED FLOORS
MINIMODULO is particularly suitable for floor renovation, as it can be installed on existing floors and walls.
MINIMODULO is ideal for parquets and floor carpets, which usually are damaged by rising damp, condensation and molds that reduce the life of the floor.
Moreover, MINIMODULO allows a lightening of the slab weight.
- Prepare a lean concrete base (in case of renovations, the base for MINIMODULO can be the existing floor or screed)
- Installation of MINIMODULO.
- Place the wire mesh directly above MINIMODULO.
- Perform a single concrete pour of the ground slab.
- Possible installation of a thermal-acoustic insulation.
- Perform a single concrete pour for the insulating interstice.
- Floor laying.
VENTILATED ROOFS
MINIMODULO can be used also for the ventilation of roofs, as it improves living comfort and extends the life of the roof.
It reduces heat transmission and temperature difference between the home and the outside environment, cooling the attic in summer and warming it in winter. It prevents the formation of condensation between tiles and the waterproofing, which can reduce the durability of the tiles and penetrate to the ceiling, creating mold and moisture problems. It reduces external noise and lightens the structure, especially with wooden roofs.

- Cover MINIMODULO with concrete.
