GEOSKY system consists of GEOPANEL panels 120×60 cm (max weight 11 kg) and 3 plastic beams that need to be positioned over the traditional wooden H20 rafters that permit the earlier release.
GEOSKY is ideal for the realization of any type of bidirectional slab, solid or lightened.
The simple mechanics of GEOSKY permit to accelerate the installation stage and the releasing stage thanks to the lightness of each element
1
Assemble the rafters “Y” and the two wedges with four handles on each side as shownin the scheme.
2
Place the iron legs and insert the wooden beams
Attach the supporting element to the wall.
3
Place the “Y” joists line over the first and third wooden beam
4
Place the “H” joists line over the second wooden beam.
5
Place the compensation wooden side panel or GEOPANEL, thickness 80mm.
6
Place the GEOPANEL panels.
7
Fix the GEOPANEL panels with 2 handles per panel in correspondence of the “H” joists line. As shown in the drawing.
8
Fix the GEOPANEL panel with four handles, perpendicularly to the “H” and “Y” joists. As shown in the drawing.
9
Place the filling caps in the panel’s holes.
In order to correctly place the compensation panels over the side kerbs, it is recommended to refer to GEOPLAST project tables, before the place of the slab elements.
GEOSKY permits the partial release after few days thanks to the wedge system. This depends on the thickness, the type of concrete and the season.
1
Wait for at least 5 days before removing puntels and beams in correspondence of the “H”beams.
2
In correspondence of “Y” BEAMS remove the handles and the side wedges.
3
Remove all the handles connected to the panels making sure they not fall
4
Remove the other handles
5
Lower two panels at time, wash them with water and possibily with a sponge in order to reuse them again
The “Y” props, the beams and the beams can be removed AFTER THE CONCRETE MATURATION PERIOD.
