Each element is furnished with a truncated-pyramid formwork and some spacing feet. The feet permit the distancing from the base deck in order to insert the lower reinforcement and create the lower slab. The foot height has to be defined during the designing stage, this height corresponds to the effective height of the lower slab. The slab’s height bases itself on: the thickness of the reinforcement (taking into consideration the overlaps) and the REI required from the building.
The foot is moulded along with the formwork that will not have to be assembled in the costruction site. Moreover, the mould has a detector that is placed at the foot tip and permits to check for the presence of bubbles or airpsaces within the formwork.
The spacing tap is an accessory element suplied along with the formwork that permits the precise formworks distancing as required from the project.
The tap is provided with numeric indicators that can fastly indentify the right distance. The joint is a male/female one and the formworks are provided with loops over all the sides so that the hooking results to be fast and immediate.
The taps should be inserted from the bottom to the top.
