The residential complex proposed by Garda Resort is located in Borgo Gasparina, in the municipality of Castelnuovo del Garda (VR) on the shores of Lake Garda, in the center of an area destined to become a large oasis surrounded by greenery. The Residence is equipped with the best technologies for energy saving: photovoltaic and solar panels, vertical green walls, high-performance condensing boilers, domotic technology, and remote-controlled anti-intrusion system.

The project involved the construction of green walls using a non-invasive, light and aesthetically beautiful grid. The customer's choice of using a high-density polyethylene support such as Wall-Y was decisive in order to adopt a valid and durable solution that kept its characteristics unchanged over time.
