Kirkeby Gamle Mejeri, Denmark

The Kirkeby Gamle Mejeri is a famous antiques and collectibles store situated in the midst of rural Denmark. The old dairy was closed in 2001, and since 2002 its buildings welcome collectors and antique enthusiasts. The establishment had to be enlarged, and Geopanel was the best foundation formwork for the job.

Space for construction work was limited due to the nearness of the existing building and boundaries of the lot. Geopanel was chosen to build foundation walls because it is easy to handle, lightweight, and allows installation without machinery and additional equipment. This way Geopanel allowed the site to be as unobtrusive as possible,  while quality and productivity were gained during the process.
