The use of reusable plastic formwork for large columns is an eco-friendly solution for quickly and easily constructing support structures. It is a vastly superior choice compared to using traditional wood panels.
Geoplast offers two products for this purpose: Geopanel and Geopanel Star, which are used in combination to create large columns. Both systems are made of a plastic technopolymer and work very well together due to sharing the same module.
The common features of Geopanel and Geopanel Star are — lightness (each panel weighs just 11 kg), modularity (allowing for the construction of columns and walls in a wide range of dimensions), fast installation (even by a single non-specialized worker), reusability (the panels can be reused several times), easy to clean (just with water to remove concrete) and store.
With both products, it is possible to build large columns or walls with different high and thickness, as well as structures with corner configuration or with T-intersection shape. Our handy fixing handle also makes installation less of a hassle and more safe.
Due to our quality plastic panels, the result is always a concrete finish that is both smooth and uniform — ensuring a refined, professional aesthetic.
