Privacy policy for the treatment of personal data:
Art. 7 Right to access to personal data and other rights
1 The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or absence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2 The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication of:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn
about them as appointed representative of the State, managers or agents.
3 The person concerned party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including
data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently
processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their
contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such
fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4 The person concerned has the right to oppose, partially or completely:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though pertinent to the
collection purpose;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her for purposes of sending advertising materials or
direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Privacy statement for data processment:
Privacy Statement for candidates pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, relating to the
protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of
the data, we inform you that:
1) The treatment to which personal and sensitive data will be submitted, requested or acquired through the
delivery of your Curriculum Vitae or by filling out the applications form, both on paper or online, has the
purpose of allowing Geoplast SpA to access your application for a possible preliminary interview and / or
for possible recruitment. The data are processed with or without the aid of electronic instruments by
specially authorized people,in any case through instruments suitable to guarantee security and
confidentiality, taking all the necessary measures.
2) The provision of data relating to the treatment in question is optional; the eventual partial or total
lack of data, will result in the partial or total inability to achieve the purposes referred to in point 1) of this information.
3) The information you provide will be handled by the Human Resources managers of our company and other
business areas for which there is demand of a professional which complies with your requirements.
4) As a concerned person, you have the right to exercise the rights under Art. 7, Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, which is attached is the full text.
5) Holder of the treatment in question is Geoplast SpA based in Grantorto(PD) in Via Martiri della Libertà
6-8, in the person of the Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs. The person responsible for the area of Human Resources is the Director of Personnel, while the updated list of names of the other Officers is kept in the Human Resources Policy at Geoplast SpA.
